How to install Classic menu for Office 2010? Since all other Ribbon UI tabs still exists, it is very easy to switch between classic menu and Ribbon UI. When you choose the Menu tab, you will see all old, familiar classic menu in MS Word, Excel and other Office products. The Classic menu for Office 2010 adds a new tab called "Menu" to the regular Ribbon UI. There is a cool tool called "Classic menu for Office 2010" which allows you to easily switch to the classic menu in MS Office 2010 products like MS Word and Excel. Microsoft wants you to forget the classic menu and switch completely to the new Ribbon UI.

The Ribbon UI is great for various reasons, but it has some learning curve. Hide Ribbon including Quick Access Toolbar: if you do not want to show the Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar in the Outlook interface, just click the Ribbon Display Options button at the top-right corner > Auto-hide Ribbon.One of the interesting features in Office 2007 and Office 2010 was the impressive Ribbon style UI. Show hidden Ribbon including Quick Access Toolbar: just click the Ribbon Display Options button at the top-right corner of Outlook interface > Show Tabs and Commands. Sometimes, the whole Ribbon including the Quick Access Toolbar disappears from the Outlook 2013 interface, and make you annoyed to search for commands. Note: Due to Outlook 2007’s main interface showing in classic view, there is no Ribbon at all, therefore, we can’t change the Quick Access Toolbar location in Outlook 2007’s main interface.
